- 500g prawns, shelled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Thread prawns onto skewers and marinate in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill skewers on a preheated barbecue for 2-3 minutes on each side or until prawns are pink and opaque.
